Periodization, Nutrition, Setting and Achieving Your
Goals, Mental Preparation, Mapping Your Season, Stretching,
Open Water Swimming and Bike Skills. These topics and others
will be presented to you by the Team of athletes and coaches
who will share a wealth of information with you through
the seminar and lecture series.
Film Analysis
Throughout the entire camp, the Team will always be available to help enhance your strengths and correct your weaknesses in all three disciplines. A few highlights will include film analysis on both the swim and run.
Stroke n' Stride Series Race
Upon arrival Thursday, the athletes have the opportunity to compete that evening in the 1500 meter open water swim and the 5K run race at Boulder Reservoir. This is optional as you will. So far, in all of the previous camps, everyone has particpaed in the fun event. This gets your feet wet for true race day situation, but without all of the hype.
Meals
ALL meals are included during the camp. Saturday night, we will be dining at an amazing restaurant located on the picturesque Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. After the dinner, you can explore the downtown nightlife!
Massages
Massage therapists will be available at discounted rates to work on getting the kinks out.
